    Description

    Diesel Injector Return Line
Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, and others
    1 Meter length, 3.0mm ID x 7.5mm OD
    Plus one End Plug
Genuine German OE spec 3.0mm ID injector return hose made by Continental. We've used this same line on our company Mercedes and two VW TDI diesels with great
success. We always run 100% biodiesel (except in the winter - B80) and the hose holds up extremely well. If you have an old diesel it's probably time to change out your injector return lines. If your lines are showing wetness or are stiff it's time to change them out before they leak. There are other return line kits out there that are 3.2mm to 3.5mm, and they are good as well, but we like the secure fit of the 3.0mm hose. Nothing worse than having one of these pop off while driving.
Purchase includes a 1 meter length of hose and a single end piece with metal plug pre installed in a short segment of hose.
    Installation:
This is probably the cheapest and easiest maintenance item on your diesel. Just take some needle nose pliers and wiggle off the old stiff, cracked, and leaking fuel line. Make sure the injector tips are clean. Cut an equal length of new hose and push onto
injector tip. Make sure the new hose is pushed on securely so it does not pop off and spurt fuel everywhere - don't ask how we know this. Move onto the next injector and repeat. The end plug is just that - an end plug. Remove your old plug and replace with the new one. I'd hang onto the old metal plug in case you want to reuse it someday.
